As always, and just in time for Lent, the abominable sex abuse crisis triggered by fallen clergy and mismanaged by many bishops is now again on the fore, thanks to an HBO "documentary" produced by Alex Gibney. This documentary is titled "Mea máxima culpa" after the words of the Confiteor.
