Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Orthodox faith:
I want to impose upon your kindness and invite you to complete a 19 question survey, with the purpose of gauging existing support of adult (18 years of age and older) Orthodox Christian lay men and women across the world for reunion with the Roman Catholic Church.
The survey starts with questions of a general nature and then progresses to questions of specific theological and ecclesiological import; then, respondents will be asked about their general geographical location and their Orthodox affiliation. After that, the survey will collect general, anonymous demographic information and, finally, the last questions are aimed at gauging the respondents' support for this survey and to collect commentaries and suggestions.
The survey will NOT collect personal information. Please, don't answer a survey more than once. I will share the raw data with all those who request it.
The closing parameters for this survey will be 500 respondents or Sunday, October 10, 2010, whichever happens first.
