I prayed this in the Latin this morning "te rogamus, ut Israel te Messiam agnoscat" and I wondered if the ICEL version preserved the prayer!

Tú que eres Dios y hombre, Señor de David y también hijo suyo, miembro del pueblo de Israel y enviado a todas las naciones,
haz que Israel te reconozca como su Mesías y que los pueblos de la tierra entren en tu Iglesia.
políticamente si es un poco inadecuado, sin embargo para la fe cristiana es un anhelo.
